  • How are you able to provide armed guard service?

    YES.

Car Rental Packages

  • I can not find my choice of car in your fleet?

    It is not all cars in our fleet that is displayed on our website. However you may let us know what you want, even if we don't have it we can arrange it for you after our discussion.

  • Do I have to pay in advance to rent a car?

    YES, You will have to pay in advance except you have become our regular client or on special arrangement.

  • Do I get discounts for multiple bookings?

    As a way of showing gratitude to our clients for their trust, steadfast and loyalty to our brand, we offer them discounts and other incentives.

  • Can I extend my booking/reservation?

    YES, You can extend your booking.

  • Can I upgrade my car after payment?

    YES you can.

  • Can I cancel my booking after payment?

    YES, but it will attract a small cancellation fee.

  • Can I make reservation/booking without payment?

    Yes you can

  • Can I drive myself?

    Usually No, However with a special arrangement and documentation, YES.

  • Can I change from intracity to travel out of the city without recourse to Deluxe Car Rentals?

    No, You need to inform the office.

  • Are your cars tracked?

    All cars in our fleets are tracked for the safety of the clients and cars.

Hire Purchase

  • Can you undertake Hire Purchase for equipment?

    We offer you a great alternative to the traditional car acquisition method by allowing you to get your next car and pay in instalment.

Driver Recruitment and Outsource

  • Are your drivers trained?

    YES, We render option service in collaboration with the Nigeria Police, Directorate of State Security (DSS) and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).

  • Are your drivers in uniform?

    YES.
